Biography
Jarda Dokoupil is a coach, consultant, facilitator, learning designer, speaker and writer currently based in London, UK. Jarda is a founder and director of Tribe Network, a network consultancy that helps leaders to do what matters.
Jarda is also an active fellow of Future Considerations, management consultancy that enables the world’s leaders, institutions and systems to evolve and influence the great challenges of the time.
Before establishing Tribe Network, Jarda worked for 2 years at Future Considerations as a facilitator, learning designer, project manager and graphic recorder on clients such as AIESEC, HSBC, KPMG, Shell and Thames Water.
Jarda is also a certified Spiral Dynamics practitioner (levels 1 and 2).
Previously to Future Considerations, Jarda was involved for 6 years with AIESEC and working on leadership and personal development of young people in its 100 member countries. Jarda's last engagement with AIESEC brought him to 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe where he was working on implementing change, increasing results and consulting leadership teams. Jarda was also responsible for rolling-out a global strategy aimed on increasing value within the core AIESEC offering.
Jarda believes in living a life of purpose and meaning and seeks everyday to develop himself, others and contribute to a better world. He has travelled to over 30 countries and has worked and lived in US, Belgium, Netherlands and UK.
Jarda is a holder of two Master degrees from his university studies - in International trade, and CEMS degree in International management. Jarda is a holder of Cambridge CPE language certificate and speaks Czech, English, French and basic Spanish. During his High School studies, Jarda was awarded a scholarship for a one-year study at The Hotchkiss School.
